PRE-HIRE ASSESSMENT

Below is a list of options for our Pre-Hire Assessment. Candidate completes online surveys of personality traits, values (motives & drivers), derailers, critical thinking skills, and critical experiences. (~2 hours)

  • Psychometrics only: Traits, Values, Derailers, Critical Thinking Skills and Critical Experiences Inventory.
  • Psychometric data used to inform hiring process.
  • Assessor provides potential pre-hire interview questions for the hiring team.
  • Option for 1-page summary of likely strengths and challenges.
  • There is a flat $3,000 fee to map our assessments to each Success Profile.
  • Psychometrics that are integrated into a single selection report that provides insights into critical “fit” factors.
  • A 1.5 hour leadership interview to validate the individual’s profile Talent Management access to an online dashboard enabling comparison of candidates.
  • Options include assessor’s conclusions in report and/or an oral debrief with hiring team.
  • Psychometrics plus 3- hour leadership interview.
  • Table Mountain prepares Executive assessment report.
  • Assessor shares feedback with hiring team to discuss each candidate’s likely strengths and challenges in the role.
  • Assessor meets with the newly hired executive for a 3-hour insight session.
  • Option for executive integration coaching.
